anybody remember the study, at least four years past.

where the borg said we were not to use the words "the society says" - in case people think we were baptised into serving a man made organisation.. in the same study we were told not to say things like "celebrating birthdays/christmas etc is against my religion" otherwise people might think we are a "member of a cult.

"my understanding of the bible (hahahahaha) persuades me to avoid unscriptural celebrations.".

i seem to remember articles concerning jws not being allowed to watch or participate in boxing matches because of how violent they are.

i did a search yet can't seem to find anything.

anyone remember this?.

the conference call this week will bring us up to date on all those demonstrating at kingdom halls on memorial night.it will be fascinating to find out how the witnesses reacted when they saw the demonstrators.

also scheduled to be on the call is former circuit overseer r. reed.

hi folks, yep haven't been here awhile, a lot of stuff has happened: lost the house, packed up and took what we could and drove to california.

and before that all happened my computor crashed and i couldn't tell the board what was going on (newsflash: i truely hate the ipod/iphone app for the board - sorry simon).. so we're here in cali, in roseville.

i don't have a job but i'm looking.
